Hello!
My name is Kenneth Svensson.
22 years ago we started this tournament in Sweden. We have had more than 30.000 participants over the years. We want to create The Worlds Most Enjoyable Golf Tournament, so thanks to Cape Argus and Clovelly CC, we are now here in Cape Town :-)

What is Q Scramble?
Q Scramble was founded in Sweden in 1989, and has since grown to be the largest scramble tournament in Europe. In 2010, more than 2000 players entered the qualifications, which were played at twelve different golf courses. 99 teams qualified for the finals, hosted by three of Sweden’s finest golf courses, Ljunghusen GK, Barsebäck CC and PGA National. Q Scramble has now taken its first step in becoming an international competition, with as a first step, tournaments in South Africa and Spain.
Who can play Q Scramble?
Anyone can participate, and everyone does: young and old, beginners and European Tour winners (e.g. Henrik Stenson and Peter Hansson), men and women. The point is to have fun together on the golf course. Our ambition is to be The Most Enjoyable Golf Tournament of the Year. So, gather your customers, colleagues, friends, or family, and enter in teams of four.

How do you play Q Scramble?
Q Scramble is a different and enjoyable way to play golf. Everyone on the team tees off, then you chose the best placed ball and continue playing from there. All the way to the hole, even on the green. This game promotes team spirit and it’s great fun, too! You enter with your own team of four players.
